Payment methods


We offer the following payment methods:

PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for payment methods such as direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.xyz.de).

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from the date of shipment of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, the date the service is made available. The terms and conditions for invoice purchase for deliveries to Germany can be found at https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/EID/de_de/invoice?fee=0 and for deliveries to Austria at https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/EID/de_at/invoice?fee=0.
  • Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95) or under the terms otherwise specified during checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice.   • Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
  • Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods are shipped. You will be notified of the date by email. (Please only list payment methods that you offer.)

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. As part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract, we will therefore forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. Apple Pay

You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment using the Apple Pay service on a supported Apple device, following verification steps. Google Pay

You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment using the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device and follow the verification steps. We want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. That's why we offer free shipping on all our products – regardless of order quantity or value.

Whether you order just a small toy or a whole range of gadgets for your animal friends, we cover the shipping costs!

Delivery times
